About Sunshine Care Network

Sunshine Care Network provides ABA services for children with autism and their families. We help kids build communication, independence and daily-living skills, and we support the caregivers who work with them every day. We’re growing in Nevada and looking for a remote BCBA who wants to lead with warmth and clinical excellence.

The role

As a virtual BCBA/LBA, you’ll lead ABA programs for a caseload of 2–10 clients. You’ll assess, design treatment plans, supervise our RBTs and coach families, all from your home office with strong team support. Your hours will depend on your caseload.

What you’ll do

• Complete functional behavior assessments and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc.)
• Write individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and coach RBTs with regular observation and feedback
• Train and support parents and caregivers through telehealth
• Analyze data and update goals to show progress
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for insurance authorizations
• Follow BACB ethics, Nevada regulations and payer requirements

Requirements (both required)

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Active Nevada Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or a related field
• [1+] years of experience providing ABA to children with autism
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Comfort with telehealth and virtual supervision tools
• Ability to pass a background check

Applicants without both an active BCBA certification and an active Nevada LBA license will not be considered.

Schedule: Hours vary with caseload and family availability, including some after-school and evening sessions.
