At Sunshine Care Network, we are currently seeking passionate and dedicated ABA therapist's throughout NY and the 5 Boroughs to join our team at Sunshine Care ABA Services.. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
- Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data to measure progress
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
- Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
Behavior Technician Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Marketing & Sales Representative to expand awareness of Sunshine Care Network’s ABA services across Cheyene and all of Wyoming.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the community, builds trust quickly, and can clearly communicate the value of coordinated ABA and home‑based supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with pediatricians, care coordinators, school districts, EI/CPSE teams, and community organizations
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and follow‑ups to generate new ABA referrals
- Clearly communicate Sunshine Care Network’s integrated care model and how ABA services support behavior, communication, social skills, and daily living skill development
- Represent the agency professionally in the community and at events
- Track outreach activity, leads, and referral conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of care for new families
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA, home care, healthcare outreach, or community engagement preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
